Anno 1404, the original Anno!

Anno 1404 is one of the most appreciated real-time strategy and city-building games ever. Just ask any German gamer, and he'll tell you that yes, it's 'da bomb'. That, or he is too busy playing Settlers. But I digress. Anno 1404 is the sequel to Anno 1701 (which we'll have here shortly) and is the latest installment in the Anno series.

Really wasn't sure I'd like this game. Don't like strategy really. But as everyone was raving about it thought I'd at least try it. I'm glad I did. One of those can't put down games. Very easy to get into with a guidance throughout the campaign, not over heavy, just enough so you only make a few costly mistakes. Seems to be a decent story line too.
